She brings to bear in her consultations with her executive clients an in-depth understanding of the business, paired with a deep understanding of HR policy and best practice. She is well regarded by both her HR colleagues as well as by her clients and is sought out for her expertise and counsel by each. In client consulting, Cyndi asks the difficult questions that get to the heart of the issue in ways that don't generate resistance but help the client think through the implications of a situation to make well-considered decisions. She has the somewhat rare capability to partner effectively with HR specialists, enabling their intervention and contribution with her clients while maintaining her role's accountability and relationship with the client.
