Miguel Joey Aviles served as the first civilian Chief of D&I in the history of the US Coast Guard. He started his career as diversity recruiter and for over a decade held several leadership positions in 3 major Federal Departments. Recognized as a one of LinkedIn’s 2022 Top 10 Voices in Racial Equity, Top 15 Champion of Diversity by Diversity Global Magazine, a Top 100 Executive by Diversity MBA Magazine, and featured as an Inclusion Innovator by SHRM. Hope Ryan supports Más Talent HR through administrative coordination and operations support. As a team player and natural-born leader, she helps optimize MTHR business functions across departments, and successfully keeps the growing MTHR team organized. Hope is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Alberto Galué began his career in 1991 with Verizon Communications (formerly GTE) where he held several positions of increasing responsibility in the development and execution of strategies related to employee selection, assessment, succession management, and leadership development. Prior to joining Más, Alberto was the System Director – Talent Management at Baylor Scott & White Health, advising on market leading practices to identify and develop future leaders, as well as Manager of Global Leadership Development position at Texas Instruments, managing leadership assessment and development services for a global population of 30,000 employees.
Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, Alberto received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Tulane University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. degree in psychology and minor in French from Boston University.
